 5  Psoriatic Arthritis At full dose, it tends to make my creatine and BUN numbers go up, but prostaglandins are involved in keeping kidneys filtering. I am very happy with this anti-inflammatory, and unlike many others, it does not give me ulcers. M 36 2 years
