 3  Psoriatic Arthritis Elevated AST and ALT liver enzymes around 50 U/L. Worked mildly better than Enteric-Coated Aspirin, but I need to keep my liver enzymes in the normal range for my doc to give me Methotrexate. And I need the methotrexate more than I need this. M 42 20 days
