3  too thin mucous secretions Anxiety out the roof! It took me awhile to figure out this was what caused it. Did not happen at first, but after awhile, felt like I would jump out of my skin. Also nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite. Headache. It did help to keep my sinuses draining. But the anxiety is not worth it. I used to take only 300 mg day, and possibly I can return to this dose, and still benefit, once my body gets calmed back down. For now I had to stop taking it. F 62 30 days
