 2  OCD - Specifically Dermatolomania Excessive heart rate; grinding of teeth; feeling of confusion; inability to focus; loss of self (ghost in the machine); no affect on dermatolomania Medicine at max does of 250mg has no effect. Physician raising to over recommended max to 300mg, Patient has decided to self ween off medication. Expensive and not helpful in some cases. Mine in particular. M 38 3 years
