 1  Hypertension Palpitations Been taking DynaCirc CR 5mg for 16 years.Manufacturer not producing any until July 2012 due to factory problems.None available in entire USA/Canada.Doctor prescribed 2.5 mg 2x daily of generic isradipine from Cobalt Labs.Generic does absoltely nothing to reduce bp and is producing heart palpitations.
